The project service covers the design of Anadolu Sigorta, Turkey’s leading insurance company HQ in a 10,000 m² multi-storey office building, as well as the tender documentation services and construction supervision in.
Although a new building, low ceiling elevations and poor floor plans for the office use made designing very challenging to meet current needs. Use of fabric walls provided acoustic comfort, as well as adding value to the office space with limited volume.
More densely used office spaces are located right next to social areas providing the employers with easy access to amenities. Using the roof pitch, the dining hall is located at the top floor, which is also being used for social gatherings and special occasions.
