RG House entails the renovation project of an existing apartment/yali (seaside mansion) located in Baltalimanı. Reflecting the architectural style of 1970s, the building was structurally quite weak. Following static reinforcement, the building is rendered a new function in light of needs of its new residents.

Formerly used as an apartment building with independently in habited flats on each floor, the building is designed as a single house catering to its new family and guests.Located on the Bosphorus, the building now carries a simple, understated façade design that complies with the silhouette of the shoreline. Therefore, the exterior is clad with beige-grey stone and the side overlooking the Bosphorus view features an uninterrupted joinery system.
