The building is located on a flat area overlooking an incredibly verdant bowl in the city center and is designed as a shell opening up towards valley by means of a three major elements. These elements are comprised of a wall built with blocks of cement bricks, a sloped metal roof that inclines towards the golf courses, and the glass façade between the swimming pool and the building’s exterior. Folded towards the side elevations, the metal shell makes a second fold in the façade thus creating an eave and enabling the lower shell to receive natural light from these points.
