This proposal was submitted to and accepted by the invitation-only competition launched by Denizbank following its decision to relocate its operations center and training programs outside the headquarters.
The land within the industrial zone has been planned based on the principle of creating streets and courtyards between two entrances. It is a design aimed at maximizing the outdoor spaces where work areas open up.
Social spaces are designed as unifying, inclusive spaces.
The project has been suspended following the decision by Denizbank’s General Management to consolidate operations into a single location.
