In the ISS General Management office project, the different types of work carried out within the office were considered as a design criterion. While some company employees use the office full-time, others mostly work in the field, interacting directly with customers. The old office type had workstations for both fixed and mobile employees, but many of these workstations were empty and rarely used. When designing the new office, a social axis was created for mobile employees, along with shared open workspaces that could be used along this axis. This allows these workspaces to also serve as meeting points and meeting areas. Numerous lockable cabinet modules have been provided to facilitate the storage of personal belongings for employees with a mobile work style and their use when they arrive at the office. The executive area has also been completely redesigned with sliding doors to suit the new working style. Executive offices have been removed from being assigned areas for individuals, ensuring that these areas can be used as meeting rooms when vacant.

The project features an office system designed to accommodate different work styles, incorporating shared desks alongside conventional systems. This aims to ensure the efficient use of available resources and the sustainability of the work model.
