Bilgeh is a district with high density of secondary houses close to Baku. Beaches and summer life are the highlights of the district. Amburan Shopping Center was designed as a commercial center for eating, drinking, shopping and cinema functions gathered around a tiny courtyard / oasis to contribute to social life. It serves as an open air living area sheltered from the sun and the wind.
