Rossetto Hotel on Beyoğlu Tel Street is a 6 storey building that was built by a Levantine family at the end of 19th century. The building, designed by the tenant as an 18 room hotel, belongs to the Directorate General of Foundations.
Apart from the use of the Rossetto family, the use of some parts of the building as a pocket theatre and one floor hosting the communist party headquarters was the bases for the new design concept. The original and unique walls and ceilings of the building were highlighted where possible. Also the wall decorations of that era have been expressed with the hand painted wall paper.
