Designed as a weekend house by architect Fahrettin Katerinli in the 1905s, this quaint wooden building was transformed into a permanent residence for the family with two young children. The brick boathouse on the Göksu River was insulated and connected to the house from the interior. The adjoining lean-to shed was redesigned as an annex, whereas the small terrace overlooking the back yard was covered with a steel-wooden structure and included in the house.
